Good Morning! I’m so lucky I’ve been able to get on the blog every day, but yesterday I was half running out the door when I wrote about Ooeey Gooeey Caramel, so I didn’t have time to check the hyperlinks sorry!
Today I want to talk about another delicious breakfast (snack, lunch, dinner or dessert – that’s always the way with me:P) It contains Maca which is an ancient superfood – the Mayans used if for all sorts of things, but particularly in restoring the libido for soldiers when they returned home. This smoothie is just soooooo smooth:
Maca Berry Smoooooooothie
1L water (put in your blender first)
2 medium bananas
a few handfuls of frozen berries (any kind – blend until smooth)
1-2tsps Maca powder
1/2 – 1C Soy Milk Powder
Add bananas & soy milk powder & blend. Add berries & keep blending until smooth. Add the rest of the ingrededients and blend.
