Good Morning! I hope you have all had an enjoyable few days with plenty of delicious animal-friendly food! I certainly have and it’s about time to hit the gym. Today was supposed to be a round up of the delicious goodies I’ve eaten for Christmas, but as it may happen, I have forgotten to snap half of them and I’ve also slept in. So today is just a short post:
Carob Molasses Milkshake
- 1C Soy milk
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 2 chopped bananas
- ¼ c goji berries
- 2 tbsp carob powder
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and add ice or refrigerate if preferred chilled.
This drink is full of iron, calcium and many other mini-minerals that are necessary for good health. It’s also delicious! You can replace the carob for cocoa, but stick with the carob if trying to avoid caffeine.
