Carob Molasses Milk Shake

Good Morning! I hope you have all had an enjoyable few days with plenty of delicious animal-friendly food! I certainly have and it’s about time to hit the gym. Today was supposed to be a round up of the delicious goodies I’ve eaten for Christmas, but as it may happen, I have forgotten to snap half of them and I’ve also slept in. So today is just a short post:

Carob Molasses Milkshake



Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and add ice or refrigerate if preferred chilled.

This drink is full of iron, calcium and many other mini-minerals that are necessary for good health. It’s also delicious! You can replace the carob for cocoa, but stick with the carob if trying to avoid caffeine.

    This sounds fabulous Ana, I’m having a soy smoothie run at the moment – made up a ‘sort of’ vegan egg nog smoothie a couple of times, it was great and not too rich. Carob is also very nice…:)

    Hmmm I know what I’m going to make for an afternoon snack now!

      The vegan nog was delicious, you should give it a go! I’m just waiting for my delicious vegan mushroom carbonara dinner with vegan cookie dough shots for dessert! Oooooo my tummy is grumbling….:P
